Elementary Arabic Teacher
Relocation – Qatar – August 2026 Start
Role Overview:
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Arabic Teacher to deliver high-quality Arabic language instruction in alignment with Ministry of Education and Higher Education requirements and the school curriculum framework. The role focuses on developing students’ reading, writing, speaking, and listening skills while promoting cultural identity, academic rigour, and age-appropriate progression.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Arabic language instruction aligned with MoEHE standards and approved curriculum frameworks.
- Plan and teach lessons across reading, writing, grammar, spelling, and oral communication.
Differentiate instruction to meet varied language proficiency levels within the classroom. - Use formative and summative assessments to monitor student progress and inform instruction.
- Maintain accurate academic records and assessment documentation as required by MoEHE.
- Integrate Qatari and Arab cultural contexts into teaching where appropriate.
- Collaborate with grade-level teams, coordinators, and leadership to ensure curriculum alignment
- Support school initiatives related to literacy development and student achievement.
- Maintain a safe, structured, and respectful classroom environment.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding student progress and learning needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Arabic Language, Arabic Education, or a closely related field.
- Degree specialization must align directly with Arabic language teaching, as required by
МоЕНЕ. - Valid teaching license, certification, or MoEHE equivalency approval.
- Minimum of 3 years of Arabic teaching experience at the relevant grade level.
- Compliance with MoEHE subject-specific requirements for Arabic Language teachers across
KG-Grade 12 - No teaching interruption exceeding MoEHE limits without approved professional development evidence.
- Strong command of Modern Standard Arabic, spoken and written.
- Knowledge of MoEHE Arabic curriculum standards and assessment expectations.
- Good conduct certificate and medical fitness clearance, as required by MoEHE.
- Ability to teach Arabic to native and non-native speakers preferred.
- Experience in private or international school settings in Qatar preferred.
