Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality, tailored support for students with ASD in a range of learning environments.
- Work closely with the teaching team to deliver personalised learning plans.
- Support students in their social, emotional, and academic development, ensuring their needs are met with care and understanding.
- Help implement behaviour strategies and interventions to promote positive outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and supportive school environment.
Essential Qualifications & Experience:
- Level 4 Teaching Assistant qualification (or higher) is required.
- Experience working with students with ASD is essential.
- A passion for supporting students with additional needs and a strong desire to make a difference in their lives.
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
- The ability to remain calm, patient, and proactive in challenging situations.
