We’re looking for teachers who:

• Hold Qualified Teacher Status (QTS/QTLS)
• Have experience working with children or young people with SEND and/or SEMH needs
• Are patient, adaptable and compassionate
• Can build trust and engage students through a nurturing, personalised approach
• Understand that every young person learns differently
• Want a more balanced and rewarding way of working in education
