Are you an experienced tutor or teacher who believes education should be flexible, inclusive, and genuinely life-changing?
We are seeking a Tutor to work with young people in Poynton who need learning delivered differently. You will teach Maths and/or English, supporting learners to rebuild confidence, skills, and motivation.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Deliver set hours of face-to-face tuition per week
- Receive an additional 1 hour of paid planning and administration time each week
- Plan personalised learning for young people with SEND/SEMH
- Track progress and adapt teaching to meet individual needs
- Work collaboratively to share best practice and raise standards
- Support learner engagement, confidence, and progression
Who We’re Looking For
- MUST HAVE QTS
- experience with SEMH (Social, Emotional, and Mental Health)
- Experience teaching Primary or Secondary
- Calm, resilient, and relationship-focused
- Motivated by purpose and positive change
