We are now seeking a Specialist Autism Teacher to design and deliver tailored programs, helping children who are Autistic achieve their academic, social, and emotional goals.

Role Overview:
This is a fantastic opportunity to relocate to Qatar and join a forward-thinking, supportive educational team. You’ll be responsible for developing Individual Education Plans (IEPs), providing differentiated instruction, and working collaboratively with families and other professionals to ensure every student thrives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create and implement individualised education plans for students with autism, aligning with their specific needs.
  • Deliver high-quality, differentiated lessons both one-on-one and in groups.
  • Collaborate with parents, carers, and multidisciplinary teams to build a holistic support network for students.
  • Use evidence-based interventions to enhance communication, social, and academic skills.
  • Regularly monitor and adapt teaching strategies based on student progress.
  • Guide and support teaching assistants and other classroom staff.
  • Foster an inclusive, positive learning environment that encourages student growth and confidence.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience teaching students with autism.
  • A recognised teaching qualification (PGCE or QTS).
  • In-depth understanding of autism and experience using evidence-based strategies.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work as part of a team.
  • Empathetic, patient, and adaptable in meeting the unique needs of learners.
