Make a Real Difference

We are looking for a passionate and empathetic Nurture Tutor to work 1:1 with secondary learners who are disengaged from education.

Delivering core subjects (English, Maths and Science) in community settings, you will rebuild confidence, develop trust, and help young people rediscover a positive experience of learning.

This role is ideal for qualified teachers or experienced educators who have stepped away from mainstream classrooms but still want meaningful, impactful work.

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has QTS or strong tutoring/teaching experience
• Has experience with disengaged learners or SEMH needs
• Builds strong, trusting relationships
• Understands that behaviour is communication
• Is calm, flexible, and solution-focused
