Full Job Description

SEND International is looking for an experienced Clinical Manager to oversee specialised services across a network of schools and Outreach Centers in Qatar. The role involves supervising psychologists, speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, and physiotherapists to ensure high-quality therapeutic services for students. Candidates must have a Master’s or Doctoral degree in a relevant field, a minimum of 7 years of therapeutic experience (with at least 3 years in a managerial role), and clinical supervision experience. Essential qualifications include experience leading teams in Speech and Language, Health and Life Management, or Occupational Therapy.

Role and Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate a team of psychologists, speech and language pathologists, occupational therapists, physiotherapists, and specialists.
  • Ensure high-quality therapeutic services for students.
  • Collaborate on strategic planning for student support services.
  • Provide clinical supervision and guidance.
  • Evaluate and improve therapeutic programs.
  • Maintain standards and compliance.
  • Communicate effectively with parents and guardians.
  • Facilitate professional development for the team.

Qualifications

  • Master’s or Doctoral degree in Clinical Psychology, Speech and Language Pathology, Occupational Therapy, or related field.
  • Licensed or certified in the relevant discipline.
  • Minimum 7 years of therapeutic experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.
  • Experience in educational and clinical settings preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of evidence-based interventions.
  • Fluent in English, with excellent presentation skills.
