About the Role
As a Learning Support Assistant, you will:
- Work closely with teachers to support the learning and development of pupils.
- Provide 1:1 and small group support to children with a range of needs.
- Assist in creating an inclusive and positive classroom environment.
- Help deliver tailored learning activities and interventions.
- Promote positive behaviour and encourage pupils’ engagement and confidence.
- Support with personal care where required (depending on the needs of the pupils).
About You
We are looking for someone who is:
- Compassionate, patient, and proactive.
- Able to build strong relationships with pupils and staff.
- Passionate about supporting children with SEND and diverse learning needs.
- Reliable, hardworking, and committed to safeguarding and student well-being.
- Experienced in a school or childcare setting (preferred but not essential).
- Willing to learn and grow within a supportive team.
