Job Description: We are seeking an efficient and proactive Personal Assistant to support our Senior Leadership Team (SLT). The ideal candidate will have experience with Office 365 and be a quick learner who can think on their feet. This role involves helping with staff recruitment, ensuring health and safety regulations are adhered to, completing legal checks, and providing background support for various SLT projects.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews and managing candidate correspondence.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are up to date and adhered to.
- Complete and maintain legal checks in line with current regulations.
- Provide administrative support for various projects undertaken by the SLT.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and maintain a high level of professionalism.
- Liaise with internal and external agencies on behalf of the SLT.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Personal Assistant or in a similar administrative role.
- Proficiency in Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong organisational and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and the ability to multitask effectively.
- Understanding of SEND environments and regulations is desirable but not essential.
