Requirements:
- A genuine passion for working with young people with additional needs.
- Child-centred and child-led teaching philosophy.
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or another recognised teaching license.
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Creative Media, or Special Education.
- Experience teaching BTEC Creative Media is highly desirable.
