Are you a passionate and experienced SEND Teacher looking to make a real difference?
We’re working with a warm and welcoming SEND school that is looking for a dedicated SEND Teacher to join their team from September. You’ll be teaching a small class of 4 secondary-aged learners who are working at an academic Key Stage 1 level. The students have a range of needs, including ASD and other learning difficulties.
What We’re Looking For:
- A qualified teacher with experience in SEND education
- Strong understanding of ASD and associated learning difficulties
- Confident managing challenging behaviour in a calm and supportive way
- Someone who can create engaging, differentiated lessons suitable for early academic levels
- A team player who can work closely with support staff and external professionals
Your Role Will Include:
- Planning and delivering tailored lessons to meet individual learning needs
- Managing behaviour using positive reinforcement and consistent strategies
- Creating a safe, nurturing, and structured environment
- Working closely with a team of Teaching Assistants
- Monitoring and recording progress, celebrating small wins

Pay: £32,951.00-£42,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
